The human capacity of our organization is seen in the expertise and diversity of our governing board, in the qualification of our staff and in our volunteers.  Through this approach, we bring cultural relevance to our program and provide employment in the community. 

Because we draw on the resources of many organizations in our immediate and outlying community, we have a diverse and rich set of assets coming into the school in the form of student mentors from other schools, adult volunteers and others.
